Shipping Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for resolution. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Pre Orders

Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we will ship once your complete order is in stock. Please note that some items may arrive before others.

Please note that Pre-Order release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. Please allow up to 2 weeks from date ordered for shipping.
